Based on real history and detailed historical materials, the film ‘EVIL UNBOUND’ is  calmly and profoundly exposing the dark crimes committed by Japanese militarism—establishing the ‘Unit 731’ in Northeast China and conducting inhuman human experiments. On the screen, every frame is a challenge of conscience, and every narrative serves as a warning of history. Off the screen, Taiwanese compatriots and their families were solemn, and many quietly wiped away tears, interweaving deep sorrow and indignation. During the two-hour screening, the venue was utterly silent, with only the shifting images on screen conveying a powerful message: Silence is not the end of history; forgetting is the key.(forgetting inflicts a deeper wound)

After the screening, participants shared that the event was not only a review of history but also an awakening of shared memories across the Taiwan Strait. “This movie has given us a deeper feeling of the suffering that our nation has endured. As members of the Chinese nation, we should jointly remember this history, cherish the hard-won peace, and work together to safeguard the dignity and future of our nation.”A Taiwanese compatriot said.
